The role is offered as a 12 month Fixed Term Opportunity
Principle Accountabilities
1. Partners with senior leaders across functions and regions to align people strategies with business objectives, influencing decision-making through workforce and cultural insights.
2. Collaborates with Centres of Expertise (CoEs) and People Services to implement strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across the global matrix and leveraging specialist support.
3. Leads strategic workforce planning, using data and analytics to shape future workforce needs and drive informed, insight-led decisions.
4. Drives performance, talent, and succession planning, coaching senior leaders to foster a high-performance culture and support leadership development.
5. Supports organisational change and effectiveness, including design and restructuring, while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and managing employee relations.
6. Oversees senior recruitment and reward processes, working with Talent Acquisition and Reward CoEs to define roles, benchmark salaries, and guide offer decisions.
Skills and Experience Required
7. Minimum of five years’ experience in a People & Culture role, with a focus on advisory and business partnering.
8. Extensive equivalent experience; HR CIPD) are desirable.
9. Proven ability to influence senior leadership, and to develop and deliver people strategies aligned with business goals.
10. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a confident and professional approach.
11. Skilled in data analysis, project management, and implementing strategic initiatives across global teams.
12. Flexible to travel as required; thrives under pressure with a solution-oriented mindset and fluent English.
