* Previous experience working with children, particularly those with learning difficulties
* Professionalism and a commitment to safeguarding
* Eligibility to work in the UK
* Enhanced Child DBS on the updated service (Willingness for one)

Responsibilities
* Providing one-to-one and small group support to students
* Assisting the class teacher in preparing and delivering lessons
* Adapting learning materials to meet individual student needs
* Monitoring and recording student progress
* Helping to manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
* Assisting with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
* Providing emotional and social support to students
* Liaising with parents and other professionals as required
* Supervising students during break times and school activities
* Attending training and staff meetings to develop your skills
