What You’ll Be Doing
* Designing, building, and enhancing innovative internal applications that streamline and support global business operations
* Collaborating with key stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, then translating them into scalable, effective solutions
* Driving continuous improvement through system analysis, performance optimisation, and functionality upgrades
* Ensuring smooth deployment, testing, and maintenance of software products
* Providing expert-level technical support and user training across the business
* Promoting best practices in software development and contributing to a high-performance IT team culture
What You’ll Bring
* 3+ years’ experience in software development, ideally using Java, C# (.NET), and SQL Server
* Proficiency with Microsoft development tools like Visual Studio and SQL Server Management Studio
* Solid understanding of system architecture, software development lifecycles, and enterprise application integration
* Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to debugging and optimisation
* Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) or ERP systems (e.g., QAD, NetSuite)
* Exposure to BI tools like Cognos or document management systems
* Experience with EDI projects or Progress SQL
Technical Stack Includes:
* Core Development: C#/.NET, ASP.NET Core, Java, SQL (T-SQL)
