Salary on appointment will be £31,236 per annum, with an annual increment up to £37,694 per annum.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Global Projects Officer (Scholarships and Partners) to join the UEA Global Team.
Responsibilities
* Key duties: continuous development of scholarship provision, managing the application and awarding processes, and supporting the development and implementation of new scholarship initiatives aligned with institutional priorities.
* Identify opportunities to improve processes and applicant experience, maintaining engaging and accessible content across web, print and digital platforms.
* Maintain secure records and produce high quality reports on scholarships to relevant working groups and committees, proactively making recommendations.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including organisations sponsoring students to study at UEA, acting in a Business Partnering capacity, providing information and advice required.
* Collaborate with academic schools, marketing, recruitment, development teams and UEA\'s pathway provider to promote scholarships to target audiences.
* Facilitate meetings and visits with external funding agencies and students where required.
* Assist with other projects within the Projects and Operations team, including agent management and the Agent Quality Framework. Occasional domestic and possibly international travel may be required.
Qualifications and experience
* Experience in administrative roles, preferably within Higher Education or Student Services.
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and understanding of data flows and system integrations.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience in stakeholder management with diverse backgrounds and hierarchical levels.
* This full-time post is available on an indefinite basis.
