Support Worker - Children's Contracts Kent £27,264 - £33,384 per annum Full-time | Permanent (40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm) About the Role We are currently recruiting for Support Workers to join a dedicated and growing Children's Contracts team across Kent. This is a rewarding opportunity to support young people leaving care, including unaccompanied asylum-seeking young people, as they transition into independent living. You will play a vital role in empowering individuals to build confidence, develop life skills, and achieve positive long-term outcomes.
