Job Title: Chef de Partie Location: Waddesdon, Buckinghamshire Salary: Up to £30,000 per year, including approx. £5,000 TRONC Contract: Full-time, permanent Hours: 48 hours per week, over 4 days Holidays: 33 days (including public holidays) About the Role An exciting opportunity for a skilled Chef de Partie to join a highly regarded 2AA Rosette-standard kitchen in Waddesdon. This position is ideal for a chef who’s confident running a section independently and wants to be part of a high-performing team that values precision, creativity, and consistency. You’ll work alongside a passionate brigade, helping deliver exceptional dishes and maintaining the high standards expected from a kitchen operating at an award-winning level. You'll have room to grow your skills further while playing a key role in daily kitchen operations. What You'll Be Doing Running your own section efficiently and confidently Preparing and cooking dishes to a consistent, high standard Supporting junior chefs with training and guidance Ensuring meticulous plating and presentation Upholding excellent food hygiene and kitchen safety Taking part in mise en place, stock control, and cleaning duties Contributing ideas to menu development and seasonal updates Maintaining a calm, professional demeanour during busy services Who We're Looking For Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience at Demi level, ready to step up Fine dining or AA Rosette-level background is desirable Excellent attention to detail and consistency A calm, team-focused individual who leads by example Creative mindset with a solid understanding of modern British cuisine and seasonal produce Strong communication and time management skills Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays Relevant culinary qualifications or equivalent professional experience Key Benefits Salary up to £30,000 including TRONC 48-hour week over 4 days 33 days annual leave (including public holidays), increasing with service 20% staff discount in affiliated restaurants and shops Matched company pension scheme (up to 10%) Free on-site parking Beautiful countryside location Opportunities for development and progression within a respected, supportive team This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident Chef de Partie to take the next step in their career within a kitchen that champions excellence, seasonality, and creativity.
