The role:
* Crafting delicious coffees, teas, and treats that make our customers' days
* Bringing good vibes, great chats, and a killer smile to the counter
* Keeping things clean, tidy, and running smoother than a perfect espresso shot
* Occasionally being a mind reader ("They said cappuccino, but we know they meant flat white…")

* A love for people (bonus points if you love coffee too—duh)

* Someone who can handle both morning rushes and that one customer who asks for "just a splash" (but actually means half a cup)
