In this role, youll work towards your Level 3 Content Creator qualification delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
A Typical Day In The Job
* Research and gather ideas to support the planning and development of content.
* Assist in creating engaging content for use on social media, Intranet and website.
* Plan and schedule posts across their social media platforms
* Assist in creating a social calendar for the Trust and Trust schools.
* Generate idea and create engaging, relevant content for their staff intranet (employee hub) to support internal communications.
* Support the Marketing and Communications Manager with planning and delivery of Marketing campaigns and initiatives.
* Support the capture of content at school and Trust events, including taking photos, video and sourcing student/staff testimonials.
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
Salary, Hours&Benefits
* £14,526 per annum.
* Monday to Thursday, 8am-4pm, Friday 8am-3:30pm.
* 26 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
* 3 development days - days with self directed time away from the workplace to recharge and reflect.

Desired Qualities, Skills And Knowledge
* Strong IT Skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital content trends.
* Good attention to detail.
* Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Willingness to learn and develop within the Marketing field.
* Interest in digital media and marketing.
* Grade 5 in GCSE Maths and Grade 5 in GCSE English.
