This is an exceptional opportunity to join our growing team as a Site Agent working on a variety of general civils projects in the Swansea area. You will play a key role in delivering multidisciplinary construction projects, managing on-site operations, and leading a committed team to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day site operations across general civils/build projects.
* Lead and motivate a site-based workforce, including subcontractors and direct labour.
* Coordinate all site activities to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to specification.
* Maintain site records, prepare reports, and liaise with the Project Manager and commercial teams.
* Oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance on-site.
* Support the delivery of high-quality work with a hands-on, proactive approach.
* Build strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, and the project team.
Essential Criteria
* Proven experience delivering multidisciplinary civil engineering/build projects.
* Demonstrable experience managing site teams, including own workforce and subcontractors.
* Strong organisational and leadership skills.
* CSCS & SMSTS
* Excellent understanding of health, safety, and environmental responsibilities.
