We are looking to recruit aCustomer Support Executiveto join a dynamic team supporting high-profile projects and client-facing activities.This role is ideal for someone with strongadministrative and online customer service experience, comfortable managing communications, databases, and operational processes in a fast-paced environment.This is an initial 6 month fixed term contract with the possibility of the role being extended.Key Responsibilities:Managecustomer/delegate communicationsacross multiple projects, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and timeliness.Maintain and updatedatabases, registration platforms, or internal systems, producing reports and insights as required.Coordinate with project teams and third-party suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of services.Providehigh-quality customer support, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.Assist withproject documentation, reporting, and process improvement initiatives .Contribute to a culture ofcontinuous improvementand share lessons learned with colleagues.Undertake travel when necessary to support on-site project delivery.Skills & Experience:Proven experience incustomer service, client services, or administrative roles .Strongcommunication skills, both written and verbal.Excellentattention to detailand organisational skills.Comfortable managing and interrogating data, with goodExceland digital literacy.Ability toprioritise tasks and manage a busy workloadeffectively.Interest in supporting projects or experiences in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Experience withonline platforms or digital toolsis desirable but not essential.TPBN1_UKTJ
