We have fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to work alongside our dedicated Customer Service Team where you will be reporting to the Customer Service Manager.

Responsibilities
* Answering inbound calls and Emails
* Dealing with enquiries, providing information on the service we deliver
* Support our clients with the onboarding process
* Taking Payments
* Offboarding clients
You will strive to deliver the highest standard of customer service and promote a positive experience for our clients.
Qualifications

* Patience and understanding when dealing with customers
* Ability to work under pressure
* Good verbal, written, and presentation skills
