Experience:
4. Experience working within the health, social care, criminal justice or other specialist setting, ideally with those experiencinghomelessness. ONC/NVQ level 3 or be willing to achieve this within 12 months
5. UK driving license.
Requirements:
6. Providing support and advice to people who are experiencing difficulties due to substance misuse and/ or Homelessness
7. Managing referrals into the service, completing triage assessment and providing appropriate harm reduction advice.
8. Developing plans with clients to help them get their lives back to where they want them to be.
What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
9. Social Work England registration
10. Eligible to work in the UK
11. Hold a full UK licence
12. Post-qualified experience
13. Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
