Overview
Operations Coordinator role at The Stephenworks. Location: Reading, England, United Kingdom. Salary: £28k - £35k.
Responsibilities
* Be the hub of all projects coming through a busy facilities company, supporting customers from small businesses to large organisations, government departments and teams across varied sectors.
* Support internal teams across sales administration, supplier liaison, and arranging hotels/travel for service teams.
* Contribute to sustainability focus and maintain high standards, particularly around ESG and ISO compliance.
* Ensure effective organisation and administration across projects and daily operations.
Qualifications
* Experience in compliance, auditing or facilities administration.
* Strong organisation skills.
* Proficient with MS Office and SharePoint.
