What you’ll do on a typical day:
Analyse daily reports to identify trends and issues, ensuring timely resolution
* Escalate service level concerns and provide insight for team service calls
* Prepare and distribute accurate reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly)
* Act as the link between carriers and client call centres, ensuring clear communication
* Support carrier, client, and supplier meetings, including minute-taking and follow-up
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Excellent administrative experience, ideally in logistics or carrier management
* Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas), plus Outlook, PowerPoint, and Power BI
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
