At The Caledonian Edinburgh, luxury service continues around the clock. We are seeking a Night Auditor to oversee the overnight operation of the hotel, ensuring guests experience seamless, attentive service while maintaining accuracy, security and operational excellence throughout the night.
The Person:
* Calm, professional and confident working independently overnight
* Guest-focused with excellent communication skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Trustworthy, reliable and comfortable taking ownership
* Flexible to work night shifts and support hotel operations.
The Role:
* Deliver refined overnight guest service at the Front Desk
* Act as the lead point of contact for guests during night hours
* Ensure accurate night audit, reporting and financial controls
* Maintain hotel security and safety standards overnight
* Support a smooth handover for the morning Front of House Team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage overnight check-ins, check-outs, billing and reservations
* Complete night audit procedures and prepare daily reports
* Respond professionally to guest requests and resolve issues
* Monitor security, access and safety compliance
* Communicate effectively with Housekeeping, Maintenance & Front of House teams.
