Supply Desk are seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant in the Chichester area

Contract: Part time – September 2025 start
Salary: £80 - £100 per day
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide whole-class supervision and PPA cover as required.
* Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
* Support individual students and small groups to enhance learning.
* Contribute to curriculum programs and classroom environment.
* Maintain records of pupils' progress and observations.
* Work independently to support pupils and adapt learning as needed.
* Uphold safeguarding, confidentiality, and school policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
* HLTA qualification or relevant experience (essential)
* UK driving licence (desired)
* Experience supporting children’s learning, especially those with additional needs
* Warm and approachable team player
* Excellent communication skills
* Confidence in leading lessons and stepping in when needed
* A proactive and adaptable approach, ready to take initiative
