We have an incredible opportunity to join us here at Phoenix Group as a Senior Process Optimisation Analyst to join our Financial Management team.

The role
Working within the Financial Management Change portfolio, the role holder will be responsible for the analyse and identification of efficiency and effectiveness opportunities from processes before implementing a range of solutions to improve the process resulting in business benefits, alignment with our Finance Process Blueprint and Process Taxonomy.
You will support the Process Optimisation Lead and work on identification and delivery of process optimisation across our key transformation programmes and supporting BAU change effort. Working with the Business Analyst job family to ensuring that key ‘to-be’ business processes are well documented to industry standard and then embedded within the business. Ensuring the evolution of processes in line with the ‘Finance Process Blueprint’ and ‘Process Taxonomy’ to deliver business strategy, and effective operating model.
What we’re looking for
1. An experienced process improvement specialist ideally qualified to Lean six sigma black belt or green belt or equivalent Lean or process effectiveness industry experience.
2. Experience of a disciplined approach to root cause analysis, through to solution design documentation and implementation; along with being effective at planning and organising with the ability to support multiple workstreams/projects concurrently.
3. Able to build relationships quickly and work well with a wide range of stakeholder groups with different needs and expectations at all levels of the organisation.
4. Be able to work autonomously and with confidence to influence stakeholders and change delivery peers.
