The Role:
* Provide phone, email, and remote support to IT system users across multiple international locations.
* Ensure the timely resolution of incidents, aiming for first-time fixes and escalating when necessary.
* Develop IT solutions that meet business needs and user requirements.
The Candidate:
* Experience in technical support within a Microsoft environment.
* Support and troubleshoot mobile devices, including administration.
* Experience supporting remote access and flexible working solutions.
