This role involves providing administrative services and support across the school to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities include managing our student helpdesk and ensuring pupils have access to support services throughout the school day, including first aid.
We seek candidates with experience in a fast-paced customer-facing role, ideally within an educational setting, though this is not essential. The ideal candidate will be confident, resilient, and able to respond calmly under pressure.
Ellis Guilford became part of the Creative Education Trust (CET) in November.
