This role focuses on community engagement, culturally sensitive care, and reducing health inequalities. The postholder will lead and deliver a comprehensive parent education programme tailored to the needs of Bradfords diverse population. They will work collaboratively with VCSE organisations and community stakeholders to improve access, experience, and outcomes for minoritised women and birthing people. The role supports inclusive antenatal education, strengthens referral pathways, contributes to public health messaging, and promotes equitable, person-centred care across settings.
