REPORTING TO: Head of Programmes

CONTRACT: Full-time (37.5h) - Fixed-Term until March 2027

DEADLINE: Friday 15th May 2026

Elevate is a 4-week personal development programme (PDP) designed for 16-21-year-olds to move towards a positive future for those not currently in education, training, or employment, and those affected by crime, anti-social behaviour or in need of help to avoid situations which could hold them back. Once the personal development programme is complete, each participant receives 3 months of mentoring support, careers advice and employment support. Through Nottingham Forest Community Trust (NFCT) and its partners, participants will explore their strengths and aspirations, focus on wellbeing and developing healthy relationships, whilst building resilience and essential skills, including how to apply positive behaviours in real-life situations. The programme includes a variety of activities focusing on future work, education, and community-engagement opportunities.

To make this a reality, Nottingham Forest Community Trust are seeking a highly organised, sensitive, responsible, and committed practitioner who is passionate about supporting young people, especially those who have experienced significant challenges. The role-holder will enrol participants, as well as plan, deliver, and evaluate the Elevate personal development plan within NFCT, and coordinate the programme from end-to-end across its partners.
