We are a friendly and well-established local company, providing electrical services to both domestic and business customers in Herefordshire and the surrounding counties.
The role will include making and receiving calls, dealing with enquiries, bookings, and payments from customers.
You'll be used to dealing with customers and seeing them through from their initial enquiry to a complete and satisfied conclusion with a view to ensuring repeat custom.
To fulfil this role, you will need to have -
* Good computer skills with the ability to learn new systems and software. Ideally with knowledge of Simpro
* Good standards of written and spoken English.
* Great customer service and organisational skills and can think and make decisions on your feet.
* Be happy to work both on your own and as part of the team.
* Experience of job management systems such as Simpro would be a distinct advantage
We are offering -
* This is a Part-Time permanent position ideally working 10am-14pm Monday to Friday with the ability to cover holidays as and when required.
* Paid holidays - 22 days per year rising with length of service
