Bank Day and Night Care Assistants at Bush House provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents in line with individual care plans, company policies, and regulatory standards. The role involves supporting residents with personal care needs including washing, dressing, toileting, mobility and nutrition, promoting dignity, independence and choice at all times. Staff are responsible for observing and reporting changes in residents' physical or emotional wellbeing, maintaining accurate care records, following safeguarding and health and safety procedures, and working effectively as part of the wider care team. Day staff focus on supporting daily activities and engagement, while night staff conduct regular welfare checks, ensure resident safety and comfort, and respond promptly to any needs or emergencies.
