Responsibilities & Requirements of an MOT Tester: Conduct MOT tests and vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety and roadworthiness standards. Identify and diagnose issues, performing necessary repairs to maintain vehicle performance. Complete MOT and service documentation accurately, ensuring quality standards are upheld. Proven experience as an MOT Tester, with relevant certifications or qualified by experience. Strong attention to detail and dedication to high-quality work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. The Package: Salary: £38,000 Basic Salary. OTE - £41,000 Uncapped! Subject to efficiency and productivity.
