New Directions Education are currently working with a variety of primary schools across Leeds, West Yorkshire, that are looking for short and long-term qualified primary teachers to join their schools.
We can offer immediate starts (subject to clearance checks) and we are also recruiting for long-term opportunities for the new academic years 26/27.
Are you a passionate and adaptable Primary Teacher looking for flexible teaching opportunities?
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Supply Primary Teachers to work across a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified teachers who enjoy variety, flexibility, and making a positive impact in different classroom environments.
The Role:
1. Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons across KS2
2. Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
3. Follow school policies and lesson plans where provided
4. Adapt teaching approaches to meet pupils’ individual needs
5. Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
Requirements:
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
7. Experience teaching within a primary school setting
8. Strong classroom management skills
9. Flexible, reliable, and confident working in different schools
10. Enhanced DBS check (or willing to obtain one)
