Salary: £38,000- £50,000
Hours: 36.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
We're seeking a passionate and experienced Personal Tutor to deliver Automotive apprenticeships, including both Light and Heavy vehicles. In this role, you'll support learners throughout their apprenticeship journey, providing exceptional teaching and learning experiences. You'll help shape the future leaders of the automotive industry by delivering high-quality training and motivation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage and inspire learners to achieve their work-based qualifications.
* Deliver differentiated, impactful teaching to support learner progression.
* Maintain consistent service levels to ensure learner and employer retention.
* Prepare learners for the EPA Gateway by managing portfolios.
* Recruit learners and apprentices to meet caseload and operational targets.
* Utilize technology, virtual resources, and workplace training for effective learning.
* Conduct regular reviews and visits with learners and employers, meeting ESFA standards.
* Safeguard the welfare of learners and promote a positive learning environment.
What we need from you:
* Teaching qualification (AET, DET, Cert Ed, PGCE).
* Assessor qualification (TAQA, CAVA, V1).
* Experience in delivering automotive apprenticeships.
* Qualifications in Light Vehicle and Heavy Goods Vehicles.
* Strong track record in supporting learners through End Point Assessment.
* Ability to manage a diverse learner caseload.
* GCSE Maths and English (Grade C or above) or equivalent Functional Skills.
* Willingness to travel as required.
