What you’ll do:
* Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams delivering complex service, upgrade, and commissioning projects
* Provide technical leadership to Service, Commissioning, and customer teams
* Own technical delivery, quality, risk, cost, and performance of service projects
* Drive system upgrades, modifications, and improvements in critical power environments
What we’re looking for:
* Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (or equivalent experience)
* Strong background in power systems, drives, motors, automation, or grid systems
* Experience leading engineering teams in service or project environments
* Expertise in LV/MV drives, motors, switchboards, or complex system integration
* Customer-focused, technically strong, and delivery-driven
