Summary
We are seeking a passionate Nursery Manager to lead our team at Liverpool Nursery in Liverpool. This role is crucial in shaping the educational experiences of our young learners, ensuring they receive exceptional care and support. The Nursery Manager will play a vital role in fostering a nurturing environment that aligns with our commitment to early childhood education.
Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
* Lead and mentor staff, fostering a positive team environment.
* Develop and implement educational programs that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
* Build strong relationships with parents and caregivers to support children's development.
* Monitor children's progress and adapt programs to meet individual needs.
* Ensure a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children.
* Manage budgets and resources effectively to enhance nursery operations.
* Collaborate with external consultants for staff training and development.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in nursery management or similar role.
* Strong leadership skills with a passion for early childhood education.
* In-depth knowledge of EYFS and child development principles.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Relevant qualifications in childcare or early years education (e.g., Level 3 or above).
* Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external stakeholders.
* Experience working directly with children in a nursery setting.
* Driving license is not essential but may be beneficial.
