One of our Clients isseeking a Senior Projects Administrator to join theirteam and play a vital role in our service delivery and communication with key stakeholders across all contract types.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Address initial dissatisfaction from stakeholders, resolving issues to prevent escalation.
Maintain the companys complaints log and report on trends and key findings.
Recommend service improvements based on feedback and investigation outcomes.
Liaise with stakeholders to ensure clear and timely updates.
Manage compensation or goodwill gestures in accordance with company procedures.
Build strong relationships with client reps, housing, and disrepair teams to ensure consistent communication with tenants.
Attend Tenants and Residents Association (TRA) meetings as needed.
Produce monthly reports on customer feedback and actions taken.
Project Administration
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of housing maintenance and repair projects.
Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient delivery.
Social Value & Community Engagement
Champion social value initiatives within projects to maximise community benefit.
Identify opportunities for community engagement and implement measurable positive change.
Produce reports detailing social impact, environmental performance, and resident wellbeing outcomes.
What They AreLooking For
Qualifications
GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English (grade C or above)
Customer Service qualification (desirable)
Strong understanding of customer care, especially for vulnerable residents
Familiarity with complaints handling procedures
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or reactive maintenance contracts (desirable)
Skills & Experience
At least 3 years experience in a customer service or Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) role
Experience working with Local Authorities, Councils, or Housing Associations
Background in project administration or coordination, ideally within social housing or construction
Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Proactive and confident problem-solver
Ability to work independently and under pressure
