12+ months work experience in a sports/fashion customer: and commercial:focused retail environment
:
Knowledge of store KPIs and tools to interpret those to drive sales.

Team leadership and customer service. Guides and trains selected members of the store team on basic stockroom processes and behaviors.

Advanced analyticity to maximize stores profitability. Effective communication skills. Goal and process orientated. Efficiency decision:making skills. Understanding stores needs and acting accordingly

Identifies improvement opportunities and communicates suggestions to store management to drive commercial success.

Accurately records and manages all inter:store and warehouse inventory movement and does this in a timely manner.

Ensures adequate supplies to create an effective stockroom environment and continually maintains this.

Complies with store policies and procedures to maintain a safe shopping and working environment.

Be a brand ambassador by connecting, engaging, and inspiring our customers in alignment with our adidas values.

Work collaboratively and drive sales by supporting merchandise management (deliveries and replenishment) to win together as a team to achieve store goals.

Take ownership and be proactive in your own learning by completing all applicable training and effectively applying them on the shop floor.
