Salary
£50,000 – £60,000 dependent on experience, plus £3,000 Welcome Bonus (payable as two payments of £1,500 after one month and upon completion of probation). Terms & Conditions apply.
Hours
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. 4‑day work week possible subject to completion of probation.
Contract
Permanent (term time only or full‑time contract flexible based on circumstances).

Description of the Role
We are looking for a Lead Clinician from an Occupational therapy or Speech and language therapy background to manage our in‑house clinical team at Ashley Park School. The postholder will work collaboratively with the school's Senior Leadership Team and the Regional Clinical Lead. The role includes clinically leading the team and handling a therapy caseload, delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for students with complex profiles such as autism, neurodivergence, developmental trauma, and social, emotional and mental health needs. Meeting the needs of EHCP plans will be a primary focus, aligned with OFG all‑group and individual clinical practice. The role also involves line management of the onsite clinical team, service development in partnership with the SLT and Regional Clinical Lead.
Essential Criteria
* Recognised degree in Occupational Therapy or Speech and Language Therapy.
* Valid and up‑to‑date professional registration and membership (e.g., HCPC & RCOT).
* Experience working with autistic individuals or those with complex needs.
* Clear and concise report writing for clinical and research activities.
* Experience providing supervision and supporting a therapy team.
* Ability to work independently and dynamically within a growing clinical service.
* Experience of multi‑professional work with teams or services in the designated specialty preferred.
* Full UK‑valid driving licence and access to own vehicle.
