Job Title: Account Executive, Enterprise Location: New Malden, SW London (Hybrid - 3 days in office) Reporting to: Sales Director Salary: Up to £95,000 base competitive commission benefits About Our client, a global leader in talent assessment since 2004, provides scientifically robust tools that help organizations hire and develop high-performing individuals. The Opportunity They are looking for a driven and consultative Enterprise Account Executive to join at a pivotal time of evolution. You’ll play a critical role in generating new business, expanding existing client relationships, and shaping how leading organizations make high-quality talent decisions. Key Responsibilities New Business Development: Identify and win new enterprise clients Account Expansion: Upsell, cross-sell, and renew within your existing portfolio Full Sales Ownership: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to close Strategic Growth Plans: Create tailored account strategies to maximize revenue Trusted Advisor: Build long-term relationships and ensure client satisfaction Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasting (Salesforce, HubSpot) What We’re Looking For Experience & Knowledge 4 years in B2B Enterprise sales (Account Exec, Business Dev, or Account Manager role) Proven track record in SaaS and/or HR Tech sales Experience with consultative methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC) Demonstrated success in both winning new business and growing accounts Skills & Attributes Skilled in prospecting, cold outreach, and deal closure Proficient with CRM tools and sales enablement platforms Strong communicator and negotiator Highly organized, driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities Why Join them?
