Staff User Experience Designer
We are looking for a Staff User Experience Designer to join our User Experience team. This role is ideal for a seasoned UX professional who thrives on solving complex design challenges, mentoring others in design craft, and driving high-impact work across teams. You’ll use research, data, and design thinking to create user-centric solutions that deliver measurable product outcomes and influence design execution across the organization.

About the Role
As a Staff User Experience Designer, your primary responsibility will be to drive high-quality, user-centered design solutions across multiple teams and product areas. Specifically, your focus will be to:
1. Lead complex design projects that span multiple teams, domains, or platforms
2. Mentor and guide other designers in UX craft and execution
3. Partner with product and engineering leadership to shape priorities, ideas, and implementation
4. Advocate for design excellence, ensuring consistency, usability, and scalability across the user experience

Functional / Role-Specific Skills
9. 8–10 years of experience in UX, product, or visual design with a strong track record of leading initiatives
10. Mastery of UX principles, interaction design, design systems, and design thinking
11. Ability to translate complex problems into elegant, user-friendly experiences
12. Proficiency in crafting wireframes, prototypes, journey maps, and final UI assets
13. Experience delivering polished, production-ready designs in collaboration with engineering
14. Strong storytelling skills to communicate design rationale
15. Ability to influence product strategy beyond immediate responsibilities
16. Willingness to travel occasionally for collaboration with global teams
17. Cybersecurity knowledge is a plus, but ability to design for complex technical domains is essential
