Partnerships Manager (Referral Channel)
London (3 days/week) | Client travel required
£55,000–£65,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE starting at £100K)
The role
We’re hiring a Partnerships Manager to build and scale a revenue-generating referral channel within a defined vertical.
This is a commercially focused role. You’ll be responsible for creating pipeline through partners, converting relationships into qualified opportunities, and driving measurable revenue impact.
You’ll sit at the intersection of sales and partnerships, combining outbound activity, strategic thinking and long-term relationship building.
What you’ll do
* Build a pipeline of referral partners through outbound and targeted ecosystem mapping
* Convert partner relationships into qualified opportunities for the sales team
* Own your vertical, define where to focus and how to win
* Onboard and grow partners through structured, value-led engagement
* Track and optimise partner performance against lead generation and revenue KPIs
* Work closely with sales and marketing to maximise conversion and output
* Represent Yonda across partner meetings, events and industry engagement
Who you are
* Background in sales, business development, partnerships or account growth
* Proven ability to generate pipeline and new opportunities
* Commercially minded
* Strong relationship builder with confidence engaging decision-makers
* Comfortable working towards clear KPIs and targets
* Proactive, driven and performance-oriented
Nice to have
* Exposure to referral partnerships, revenue-share or partner ecosystems
* Experience in consultative or relationship-led selling
