Waste Manager - DSTL We’re looking for a proactive, safety-focused Waste Managerto lead operations across our units. You’ll ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards, manage team performance, control budgets and resources, and drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities include staff training, rota management, contractor oversight, and client liaison to maintain high service standards.
