The Role
Reporting directly to the IT Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in optimising and evolving the organisation’s technical ecosystem. You’ll assess how systems interact across all departments and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, performance, and guest experience.
Core systems include (but aren’t limited to):
* CRS (Central Reservation System)
* PMS (Property Management System)
* CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
* In-room and guest-facing technology
This is a proactive, consultative role; you’ll be the bridge between technology and operations, ensuring the business continues to lead the way as the landscape evolves with AI, automation, and data-driven innovation.
