The Change Partners are working with a tier-1 Consumer Electronics Brand who are looking for a Marketing Lead/Head of Marketing across their DTC products.
The Marketing Lead will be responsible for a team, the full marketing mix and managing senior stakeholders, including HQ.
Key responsibilities:
* Deliver smartphone marketing strategy and execution across the UK.
* Set KPIs and ensure ROI is delivered across £100M marketing budgets.
* Partner with agencies across content, paid media, creative, social, PR and partnerships.
* Deliver a suite of measurement and tracking to ensure strategy is delivered and results in strong ROI.
* Strategising and delivering promotion and bundle propositions.
* Work cross-functionally with Europe and HQ to present insights and influence future strategy.
* Deliver monthly and quarterly plans with regular reporting on progress.
* Drive a strong customer journey, ensuring conversion, awareness and intent to purchase.
* Own being the voice of the customer to deliver an insightful and impactful marketing strategy and delivery.
* Link back investment and marketing budgets to commercials across sales/revenue.
Your background:
* At least 6 years of experience with the full marketing mix.
* A background in either Mobile, Agency or Telecommunications.
* Previous line management experience.
* Strong stakeholder management to influence senior individuals.
* Partnered with agencies across Marketing, Media and Creative.
