Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join an established IAPT service as a CBT Therapist for the Stamford Talking Therapies Team. We are looking for an organized, flexible, efficient team player to join our busy, supportive service.
Lincolnshire Talking Therapies provides an evidence based stepped care model for the treatment of people with mild to moderate common mental health problems, e.g. anxiety and depression.
Responsibilities
* Provide support for people in the self-management of their common mental health problems through NICE recommended treatment protocols; work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Qualifications
* PG Diploma in CBT (essential).
* Professional qualification (nurse/occupational therapist/social worker/clinical psychologist or psychological therapist).
Supervision and Development
Regular management and clinical supervision will be provided by qualified supervisors. The service has a strong commitment towards Continuing Professional Development (CPD), staff wellbeing and providing quality services.
