Office Based

37.5 hours a week - Initially to work Monday - Friday but you must have the flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends.

£25,000 per annum

Permanent

Location: Rugby - Swift Valley

Our client is looking for an experienced customer service administrator to join a pleasant team of 6. The role involves speaking and emailing vulnerable customers, providing updates, information, and assistance with their enquiries.

This growing business seeks someone adaptable to a changing environment, who can contribute ideas and support.


Main responsibilities:

1. Dealing with customer enquiries via telephone and email, demonstrating genuine customer care.
2. Providing administrative support.
3. Resolving customer queries, complaints, or issues by providing solutions.
4. Entering information and updating the CRM system.


Skills & experience:

1. Customer service experience, ideally in contact centres or retail (preferably both).
2. Strong IT skills with experience in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Strong attention to detail.
5. Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
