THEROLE

As a Sales Trainee Facilitator & Coachwe will support you through training and qualifications to become acritical cog in a learner’s success. You will support ourlearners through their sales programmes helping them to achievetheir qualifications in a timely manner whilst also contributing tothe success of our department through impactful input into planningand the supporting administration.
DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES
Over time with our support and continuoustraining you will be responsible for:
* Working with linemanagers to support learners and create evidence of growth fortheir portfolio.
* Facilitating and supporting delivery of groupworkshops and associated activities.
* Regularly liaising withkey client stakeholders to discuss delegate progress and/orconcerns.
* Conducting coaching sessions to review learnerprogress against the knowledge skills and behaviours associatedwith the apprenticeship standards as well as their personal andprofessional development.
* Holistically teaching assessing andmarking and monitoring progress of learners.
* Supporting learners inthe creation of their portfolio of evidence for End PointAssessment (EPA).
* Completing administrative tasks to helplearners achieve gateway and EPA.
* Carrying outadministrative tasks to ensure that facilities are adequately setup for each workshop session and that all associated administrationis completed.
* Preparation of lesson plans and workshopcontent.
* Attending and contributing to quality meetings& standardisation meetings to ensure consistency andidentify opportunities for professionaldevelopment.
* Contributing to selfassessment reportingquality improvement planning and OFSTEDinspections.
* Presenting programme and learner data tosenior management regularly and on request.
* Keeping your ownContinual Professional Development up todate.

* Educated to degree levelwith an achievement grade of 2:2 or better in anydiscipline.
* English and Maths GCSE at a minimum gradeC.
Ideal:
* 25 years salesexperience
Essential:
* Full drivinglicence.
* Live in the West Midlands (or are willing torelocate) within commutable distance to eitheroffice.
