We’ve delivered thousands of campaigns for mission-driven brands like IKEA, YouTube, and the United Nations, and we’re trusted by creators and organisations alike for our commitment to one core principle: influence well.
Now, we’re scaling that impact further with CoManager - our AI-powered platform, making influencer marketing faster, more affordable, and authentic. As the $143B creator economy grows, No Logo is building the smart, always-on engine that powers the next era of brand-creator collaboration.
Role Overview:
We’re looking for a dynamic Sales & GTM Hacker to drive the next stage of our growth. You’ll lead our go-to-market strategy for CoManager, building and executing scalable ways to connect with brands, agencies, and creators. You will experience growth loops, onboarding flows and referral mechanics.
This is a role for someone who knows the influencer marketing landscape, has credibility with both brands and creators, and loves building relationships that turn into long-term partnerships. You’ll work directly with our Founder, shaping how we go to market and taking ownership of key areas.
This starts as a part-time contract with scope to expand into a broader role as we scale.
What you’ll get to do:
* Growth systems: Build on our scalable outreach processes + test new feedback loops
* Partnerships: Build strong relationships with brands, agencies, and creator networks to drive adoption
* Sales: Lead outreach and sales conversations, from first contact through to closing deals.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the Founder on high-value pitches
* Feedback loops: Act as the voice of the market, feeding insights into product development

In addition, we’re looking for:
* Experience in influencer marketing, creator tech, or digital media partnerships.
* Willingness to ‘muck in’ and do what is necessary is essential
* Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
* We look for people who are empathetic and trustworthy
* Experience working in start up or scale-up environments would be beneficial
* Must be fully authorised to work in the UK (no offer of visa sponsorship)
Compensation:
* £14-17 per hour + commission
* c. 15-20 hours per week
