Typical Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm

About The Role

As a Commercial Administrator / Co-ordinator you will be responsible for supporting with quotes and co-ordinating bid submissions supporting with contracts as well as ensuring our CRM system is up-to-date.

What kind of person are we looking for?

* Experience in a similar role such as a Commercial Administrator; Tender Administrator; Sales Administrator; Bid Co-ordinator; Tender Co-ordinator; Sales Coordinator etc.
* Comfortable with the use of MS office (including intermediate Excel skills)
* Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills with a strong attention to detail.
* Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to converse and collaborate effectively with all teams across the business including board members.
* Forward thinking with the ability to easily find solutions to problems.


What You’ll Be Doing Day To Day

* As the Commercial Administrator Co-ordinator you will be responsible for logging quote requests from the Business Development team onto the CRM system.
* Liaising with manufacturers for quotes and updates.
* Supporting the Commercial Manager to generate pricing and quote documents.
* Drafting contract schedules using a standard template.
* Completing company information for tender submissions.
* Supporting the Bid Manager with tender response co-ordination.
* Reviewing tender alert emails.
* Managing both the Commercial and Tenders mailboxes.
* Updating the bid library with new content (written by the Bid Team).
