Location: Bolton
Salary : up to £32,

Currently working with a great company based in Bolton – who have an exciting opportunity for a Accounts Assistant to join their team. Working hours are Monday – Friday 37.5 hours per week and fully office based.

Responsibilities:
Working closely with the company Finance Controller & Finance Director. You will be working across Predominately Sales Ledger Duties
5. Responsible for all outstanding Payments / Invoices – Chasing outstanding debt and negotiating Payments
6. Intensive Query Management & Resolution
7. Working with a Portfolio of Clients – including Councils / Restaurants and Cafes
8. Account Management – Updating Payment & Contact Details
9. Allocation of Payments
10. Assisting Finance Members across a range of Sales & Account Queries
Profile:
11. Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within Credit Control / Accounts Receivable
12. Strong Communication Skills
13. Solid IT skills – including Microsoft Excel
14. Can work to KPI / Targets
15. Experience in Managing a Portfolio of Clients would be beneficial
