Joining us on a full-time 12 month FTC basis, you will receive a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum plus an excellent range of company benefits and rewards.About the roleIn this role, you will report on commercial recovery activity, analyse trends and provide insightful data analysis and insights to support the recovery of outstanding payments.You will ensure specific recovery processes are performing optimally, identify potential issues through data analysis, and help support the business by implementing effective solutions.You will also be providing assistance on a project for a new billing system for the company and helping the wider Data Team as needed.Additionally, you will document processes and map collection strategies, ensuring clear communication with key stakeholders, including our Senior Leadership Team. What you’ll be doing:
1. Develop and maintain all commercial debt recovery reporting.
2. Provide data analysis and insight to support the recovery of outstanding customer payments contributing to the financial viability of PWS.
3. Assist management in monitoring collections performance throughout the month.
4. Proactively monitor collection strategies through reporting and account level auditing.
5. Support the production of management reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
6. Identifying trends in productivity and operations to maximise and drive performance.
7. Support the production of performance scorecards relating to collections performance.
8. Through the data analysis, proactively identify processes that could be made more effective and/or efficient.
9. Deliver performance overview updates to key stakeholders via regular meetings.
10. Provide overall assistance to the Data Team on any data related queries

11. Demonstrate you are an expert in managing billing/financial related data
12. Experience in data analysis
13. Experience of leading actions within teams
14. Data analysis and the ability to identify anomalies
15. Evidence you have excellent oral and written communication skills
16. Demonstrate excellent ability to correct errors
17. Proven ability to identify improvement actions and enable their delivery
18. Ability to constructively challenge accepted thinking and methods by generating and embracing innovative ideas.
19. Support the production of performance scorecards relating to collections performance.
20. Through the data analysis, proactively identify processes that could be made more effective and/or efficient.
21. Deliver performance overview updates to key stakeholders via regular meetings.
22. Provide overall assistance to the Data Team on any data related queries
What we are looking for:
23. Demonstrate you are capable in managing billing/financial related data
24. Experience in data analysis, including SQL and Power BI
25. Experience of leading actions within teams
26. Data analysis and the ability to identify anomalies
27. Evidence you have excellent oral and written communication skills
28. Demonstrate excellent ability to correct errors
29. Proven ability to identify improvement actions and enable their delivery
30. Ability to constructively challenge accepted thinking and methods by generating and embracing innovative ideas.
