Job Description
TJX Companies is a Fortune 100 retailer seeking a proactive analyst to drive quality assurance across our Retail Store platforms. You’ll coordinate testing activities, mentor QA testers, and ensure the delivery of secure, high-performance technology solutions.
What You’ll Do
* Coordinate creation and execution of test cases from acceptance criteria, ensuring compliance with TJX standards.
* Manage a global test lab strategy in collaboration with our Store Engineering team.
* Collaborate with QA testers, scrum, and runway teams on upstream test planning.
* Support distributed QA testers, handling emergency requests and day‑to‑day testing across manual and automated efforts.
* Help define and improve QA processes, standards, and best practices.
* Monitor and report quality metrics, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
* Champion a culture of quality and accountability across delivery teams.
* Interface with business partners on UAT activities.
* Mentor and train junior QA team members.
* Attend the Watford labs office at least three days a week.
Required Skills & Knowledge
* Several years of product analyst experience within agile teams.
* Experience supporting QA activities across multiple projects or large‑scale initiatives.
* Strong grasp of manual and automated testing methodologies.
* Excellent communication skills for technical and non‑technical audiences.
* Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively across global teams.
* Experience with Jira, Confluence, and test‑management platforms.
* Passion for mentoring and team development.
* Adaptability to changing priorities and requirements.
* Preferred experience supporting POS and payment platforms.
