Compensation
$21-23/hour Depending On Experience
What You’ll Be Doing
* Serve as primary contact for owner inquiries
* Research ownership, revenue, and tax questions
* Manage cases from intake through resolution
* Document interactions in case system
* Partner with internal teams on complex issues
* Identify trends and elevate systemic issues
What You’ll Need to be Considered
* Call center/customer service in non-scripted environment
* Ability to research and resolve complex inquiries
* Microsoft Office and CRM/case system proficiency
* Comfortable in high-volume phone environment
* Strong communication and organization skills
