Job Description
This role is based five days a week at our Shirebrook HQ. We are seeking a Graduate Estates Manager to support our high-performing Estates Team. You will make an impact from day one, working in a dynamic environment with no fixed processes or strategies, allowing you to influence and be part of our evolving estates function. The role offers broad exposure across property management, acquisitions, lease negotiations, cost control, and more, providing valuable insight into how estates impact our retail operations.
* Manage and execute tasks assigned by senior team members.
* Challenge and question estate-related matters proactively.
* Prioritize effectively under tight deadlines.
* Take responsibility for acquisitions and estate maintenance.
* Engage in lease events, negotiations, and technical renewals.
* Manage a geographical area, including business rates, service charges, and estate issues.
Qualifications
* Degree preferred, but relevant work experience is also valuable.
* Ability to analyze data and support decision-making.
* Excellent time management skills.
* Adaptability to changing priorities.
* Willingness to travel nationally and internationally, with occasional overnight stays.
* Full clean driving license.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
