As the Senior Product Manager - Medical Devices, you will drive strategic and tactical marketing for the PAD portfolio. As an individual contributor, you'll work closely with country marketing and sales teams to shape market development, build clinical leadership, and deliver effective go‑to‑market programs across Europe.

As the Senior Product Manager - Medical Devices you will have the following responsibilities:
Drive growth and shape the market: Own revenue and unit targets while developing country‑specific strategies that position the PAD portfolio as a trusted clinical partner.
Lead cross‑functional and clinical engagement: Collaborate with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Market Development and Regulatory teams, while strengthening relationships with KOLs and identifying new clinical partners.
Deliver high‑impact programs: Execute marketing campaigns, congress activities, advisory boards and physician‑education initiatives that elevate adoption and clinical leadership.
Enable local execution: Provide strategic guidance, tools and content to help country teams tailor plans, accelerate uptake and meet business goals.
Manage launches and optimise performance: Ensure launch readiness, guide lifecycle management, analyse market insights and continuously refine marketing programs for maximum impact.
Profile
A successful Senior Product Manager - Medical Devices should have:
Proven experience in product management within medical devices
Proven track record in multi‑country product launches, portfolio management and both upstream and downstream marketing
Strong understanding of European healthcare systems, with experience engaging KOLs and working across clinical, commercial and cross‑functional teams
Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to turn business goals into actionable, data‑driven marketing plans
Analytical, customer‑centric and highly collaborative, with a growth mindset and a continuous‑improvement approach.
You must be able to demonstrate that you have managed a product portfolio, rather than an individual product, as well as managing across multiple countries.
