I’m partnering with a high-profile, customer-focused organisation to appoint a Head of Marketing Operations & Go-To-Market — a pivotal leadership role sitting at the heart of commercial growth and brand performance.
This is an opportunity to shape how products, campaigns, and propositions are brought to market at scale. You’ll own the end-to-end marketing operating model, ensuring strategy translates into seamless, data-led execution that delivers measurable impact.
The role
As a senior leader within the Revenue & Brand function, you will:
* Define and lead the Marketing Operations & GTM strategy
* Build and optimise scalable frameworks for campaign execution and product launches
* Drive alignment across marketing, product, and commercial teams
* Own marketing performance, analytics, and insight-led decision making
* Oversee marketing technology, ensuring an integrated and effective ecosystem
* Manage budgets, forecasting, and investment to maximise ROI
* Lead and develop a high-performing, data-driven team
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience in a senior Marketing Operations / Revenue Operations leadership role
* Strong track record of delivering end-to-end Go-To-Market strategies in complex environments
* Deep understanding of marketing performance, lead management, and conversion optimisation
* Expertise in marketing analytics and reporting tools (e.g. GA, Tableau, Power BI)
* Commercially astute, with experience managing significant budgets
* A collaborative leader who can influence at executive level and drive cross-functional alignment
