Location & Hours
Location: Fareham - Park Gate, M27 Junction 9, Fareham, Hampshire, PO15 6SA
Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Your Responsibilities
As a Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of our operations, overseeing day-to-day activities across routine and reactive maintenance, small works schemes, and emergency response. You’ll be the first line of management for your team and a key player in delivering high-quality service across the road network.
* Allocate and supervise daily works and resources to meet programme and maintenance plans.
* Support emergency response and coordinate remedial repairs with traffic flow considerations.
* Lead site inductions, toolbox talks, and maintain safety records.
* Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and emergency services to ensure smooth operations.
* Champion health, safety, and wellbeing across your team and the wider network.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you have:
* Experience in Highways Maintenance.
* SSSTS certification.
* Proficiency in MS Office applications.
* A full driving licence.
